NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
• The product would be picked in 3-5 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
• Return charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs150/-)
• There are no charges for exchange.
• Products bought during sale are non-refundable 

Cancellation Policy

• In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped and inform us on +91-9157919108 or contact.glozin@gmail.com. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. 
• If  you cancel your pre-paid order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount back to the source.

Return Policy 

• If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at contact.glozin@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
• Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
• Raise your return request within 48 Hours of receiving the shipment through
• If you receive a damaged /incorrect /incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us atcontact.glozin@gmail.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect item.Someone from our team will get in touch with you in next two working days 

• Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
• The amount will be refunded in the form of store credit only, we do not provide monetary refund for returns.
• The cost of shipping in return is to be borne by the customer (Rs.150/-).
• Return shipping charges (Rs.150/-) will be adjusted against store credit only.
• The amount refunded as a store credit to you would be only for the products not the shipping charge
• Store credit cannot be en-cashed or transferred. 
• In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
• However, you may choose to ship back the product to us but in such a case, Babli will not be responsible for any lost shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The return process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up / delivery delays.
• Once we receive the returned product back, it goes through a quality check and later the store credit will be issued within 2-3 working days.

Exchange Policy: 

• Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through - You will receive an approval mail from us within 2-3 working days if the request is accepted.
• Exchange is available for size exchange only at present.If at all your desired size is not available request you to place a return request.
• A pick up would be arranged for the same at no additional charges.
• Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
• No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Incase of  exceptional cases please write to us atcontact.glozin@gmail.com
• You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
